Have Family Medical Information Ready
In an emergency, you may need quick access to family medical information, especially if you have to leave your home.
Take time now to make a list of each family member's medical information, and keep it with your emergency supply kit or other important documents.
For each person, include:
- Name
- Allergies
- Blood type
- Medical conditions
- Prescriptions (drug names and dosages)
- Names and phone numbers of doctors, pharmacists
- Medical insurance information
